Marshell obtained the Manufacture license of special Equipment awarded by National Quality Quarantine Bureau on March 4th,2008. Since 2007, Marshell has passed in sequence all the inspection projects of evaluating organizations, including the trial production of products, feild testing , and has successfully received the license.

Marshell obtained the honour certificate of "2007 Safety Produce Advance Collective”, which was awarded by Shanghai Fengxian district Safety Produce committee on January, 2008.

The South of China suffered severe snowstorm disasters on January, 2008. President of Leoch Mr. Dong Li donated benevolently; helped the disaster areas people to rebuild their homestead! The Consulate General in Los Angeles sent a thanks letter on 25th,February,2008 to president Dong Li for his philanthropic contributions.
